Prices & order instructions

Shipping is included in the price as well as possible taxes - nothing is added to the price. This applies worldwide.

We endeavor process the order within 24 hrs from receiving the payment. In Finland delivery mainly the next day after processing the order. Parcel is delivered to home (maxi letter) or to the nearest post office (postal parcel).

Worldwide delivery takes about 6-15 days depending on the destination. Customer is responsible for possible duties or other fees (usually food items are duty free) in the destination country. Worldwide shipping is maxi letter or standard postal economy class. Delivery to home or nearest post office depending on the size.

Customer satisfaction 14 day return policy applies to unopened items with intact seal. Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping costs - items are to be packaged the same way as arrived to avoid damage. The refund is paid from 2-5 business days after the return shipment arrives.

For damaged items compensation, return the damaged part of the shipment (along with your return shipping receipt, short explanation about the damage, contact info). Damaged part is replaced with identical items (one or more products). You will receive additional product(s) to compensate your return costs. Note however, that damages due to shipping are extremely rare!
